By booking a session or placing an order with Kishori Heals, you agree to the following.
Who we are
Kishori Heals is a small studio run by Palak Sharma, offering tarot readings, astrology and numerology consultations, distance Reiki healing, courses, and hand-charged crystals.
Bookings and payment
- Payment is made by UPI and is required before a booking is confirmed.
- After paying, enter your UPI transaction ID (UTR) so we can match your payment. Orders stay on hold until we verify it — usually within a few hours during studio hours.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change at any time; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
- Priority / urgent bookings carry an additional charge, shown on the Services page.
Sessions
- Please join at your booked time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be treated as delivered.
- To reschedule, tell us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to find another slot.
- Sessions are held in Hindi or English.
Guidance, not professional advice
Readings, healing and remedies are offered for guidance and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no specific outcome is promised. You remain responsible for your own decisions. Services are for adults (18+).
Products
Crystals are natural. Colour, shape, size and markings vary from piece to piece, so your item may differ slightly from the photograph. Stones are cleansed and charged before dispatch.
Respectful conduct
We reserve the right to decline or end a session, and to refuse service, in cases of abusive behaviour.
