Refund & Cancellation Policy

Readings, healing and courses

All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed. Time is reserved specially for you, and preparation for chart and number readings begins before the session. Please be sure before you pay.

If you need to move your slot, tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we will try to reschedule you once, subject to availability.

If we cancel

If Palak has to cancel a session for any reason, you may choose another slot or receive a full refund to your original UPI account within 5–7 working days.

Crystals and products

• Damaged in transit: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging, and we will replace it or refund it.
• Wrong item received: we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
• Change of mind: because crystals are cleansed, charged and prepared for you personally, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Natural variation in colour, size and markings is not a defect.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money left your account but your order did not confirm, or you paid twice, send us the UPI transaction ID and we will verify and refund the extra amount within 5–7 working days.
